High School Youth Group

The purpose of the Saint Teresa of Calcutta High School Youth Group is to provide a safe, encouraging, fun, and spiritually nourishing environment for the youth of our parish.  We hope to deepen our relationship with God, grow in fellowship with one another and in the understanding of our Catholic faith;  in particular as it pertains to the lives of teenagers.

All 9th-12th graders are welcome!

We will be meeting on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month throughout the school year at the 6:00 PM Mass until 9:00 PM beginning on Sunday, September 11th.

Youth Minister: Dan Finocchio

Exciting news!   8th grade is now part of the youth program.. Lets not take a year off and forget all that we have learned. Just because you have finished your sacraments does not mean there is still not much to learn and fun to be had. Come join us. Our 8th grade program will consist of two 6-week sessions. The first half will take place in the fall, and the second half in the spring.  We will meet on Monday nights beginning October 3rd and ending on November 14th. ( we will skip Halloween) From 6:30-7:45pm in the 7th/8th grade trailer.

The focus of the program will be on Pope St  John Paul ll’s teaching, “Theology of the body” using Ascension Press. “YOU” program, they will learn the meaning of love, sexuality, and how to live according to God’s plan. There will be a parent info night on Monday, September 12th  at 6 PM in the trailer where I can go over into more detail about the program.

There will be a cost of $25 that will include a workbook from Ascension. Please email me if interested I would like a registration form or if you have any questions.
